Dwellus Gives, our charitable extension of Dwellus, has been fortunate to partner with some top organizations making significant impacts in the DC Metro Area. Dwellus is all about community and we believe in giving back. Community and real estate are inextricably linked and we feel passionate about making that connection with tangible commitments and lasting philanthropic friendships. We have raised over $500,000 to the following charities over the last few years, including the DC Dream Center, JDRF for Type 1 Diabetes, Over the Edge for Holistic Haitian Alliance, Generosity Feeds, Children’s National Medical Center, Wholehearted Foundation, and many other foundations.

Captain Dwellus is our symbol for philanthropy. As a young boy, Captain Dwellus moved throughout the universe with his super family. When he earned his cape and Captain license at the age of 12, he began working on his own; helping people find a place to call home, and giving back to other super kids. With extreme speed and a big heart, he dwells with our team every step of the way! For those who have followed his comic book story, Captain Dwellus has grown into a powerful superhero.
