Super Bowl Sunday is almost here, and our favorite vendors have partnered with Dwellus to give away four amazing gifts (one prize per quarter) during the game. Free to enter, simply fill out the form below, then tune in to see what square you got and watch Super Bowl LIX to see if you win. One name per entry, but multiple people from a family can play! Entries must be completed by 3 pm Sunday, February 9th.

If we have more than 100 entries, we will add multiple names in each square. Be sure to fill out the tiebreaker (who you think will win and the total score of the game). Each participant will have a set of numbers from 0 to 9 running horizontally and vertically along the grid. The winner of each quarter is determined by looking at the last number in each team’s score, and then seeing which square intersects those two numbers on the grid. Names will be put into the grid randomly. Check back on Super Bowl Sunday to find your square. Good luck!
