HOMEWORK:

  • Set two appointments with your sphere.  As for support, referrals, and business.
  • Set one appointment with a title company or lender.
  • Set MLS search for your community.  Auto Email it to yourself so you stay on top of the competition and can always speak to it.  Go to open houses if there are any and preview vacant homes.
  • Take Buyer Master Class with Sharran:  Real Buyer Toolkit
  • Set up Time Block for your week and send to Hailey by COB Monday
  • Social Posts (2 business, 3 personal).  Announce you are in real estate if you haven’t already.
  • Call D and O in your database.
